Travel bookings depend on supplier rules, weather, and confirmed timing.

We explain cancellation and reschedule rules before payment whenever the supplier provides them. Weather-sensitive services may change for safety reasons.

Before confirmationNo confirmed booking yetIf final details or payment have not been confirmed, the request can usually be changed or cancelled without supplier cancellation fees.
After confirmationSupplier rules applyOnce a booking is confirmed, cancellation, reschedule, and refund options depend on the specific operator, ticket type, date, route, and payment terms.
