An individual payment link or confirmed payment instructions are sent only after confirmation. Payment is processed by an external provider. Third-party local service operators may perform the booked service.
Customer responsibilities
The customer should provide accurate booking information, disclose relevant safety or eligibility details, review the confirmed terms and arrive at the agreed place and time with required documents.
Mandatory rights
These terms do not remove mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Cancellation and refund are handled under the published policy, disclosed service operator terms and applicable law.
