How payment works
The manager first confirms the selected service, service availability, date, guest details, transfer, inclusions and final amount. The customer then receives an individual RUB payment link or the confirmed payment instructions that match the agreed booking terms.

RUB payment is arranged through an individual link or confirmed instructions. The transaction is processed by an external payment provider.

Booking confirmation
The booking is confirmed after successful payment and reservation confirmation. The confirmed WhatsApp terms, service details and payment record should be kept together by the customer.
Payment security
The site does not store full bank-card details. Card processing, authentication and provider-side payment checks are handled by the external payment provider.
