Booking request
Catalog information and starting prices are informational. A request does not automatically confirm availability, date, transfer, inclusions, final price, currency or cancellation terms.
Individual confirmation and acceptance
Before payment, a manager confirms the selected service, service availability, date, guest details, transfer, inclusions, final amount and the relevant service conditions. Payment means acceptance of this public offer together with the individually confirmed WhatsApp terms.
Service delivery
The booked service may be performed by selected local service operators, including drivers, guides, boat teams, venues or activity teams. Service restrictions disclosed before payment form part of the confirmed booking terms.
Payment and booking confirmation
After the material terms are agreed, the customer receives an individual RUB payment link or confirmed payment instructions. Payment is processed by an external payment provider, and the booking is confirmed after successful payment and reservation confirmation.
